Preheat Oven to 250 Degrees
Line 2 sheetpans with parchment paper
Melt butter in medium mixing bowl
To the melted butter, Add remaining seasoned butter sauce ingredients(Worcestershire Sauce, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Hot Sauce*) and mix well.
In Large mixing bowl, add Nut mix, cheese crisps and pork rinds. (you may have to break the pork rinds into your preferred bite sizes)
Mix Dry ingredients well
Pour seasoned butter sauce over nut mix
Mix well- You want to make sure you see the sauce all over the pieces. This may take a couple minutes of some good tossing.
Pour the fully mixed "chex" mix by dividing into the 2 preared sheet pans.
Bake for 1.5 hours @ 250 degrees. - Stirring 3 times (every 20 minutes)
Prepare a counter space with paper towels or tea towels (this will be for coling and drying)
Once chex mix is done - carrefully pour mix onto the prepared paper towels for coolng and drying. For about 30-60 minutes
Once fully cooled, you can store in airtight container for up to 4 weeks, if it lasts that long.
