Mini Dash Keto Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Slice Bacon
  • 1 Slice Cheese Or Shredded cheese
  • 1 Low Carb Tortilla
  • Salt and Pepper

Method
 

  1. Plug in mini dash- will be ready when light turns off
  2. Spray top and bottom mini dash plates with olive oil
  3. Crack egg directly into dash – use shell tobreak yolk
  4. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper on Egg
  5. Put Bacon slice halves on the egg and CLOSE mini dash
  6. While cooking- Go ahead and warm up your tortilla on stove or in microwave
  7. Place cheese on warmed tortilla
  8. Once light turns off, open and make sure your egg is cookedto your liking.
  9. Carefully move egg on top of your cheese and tortilla
  10. Fold over and let the egg melt the cheese
  11. Serve immediately- Or Wrap up and take To-Go!

Notes

Instead of Bacon- You could use Ham or Sausage or leave the meat out altogether. 
If you do not have a tortilla- You could always heat up 2 slices of bread.
