Low Carb Tomato Basil Soup - Only 3 Ingredients!

  • In a Medium Saucepan- Add All Ingredients & stir
  • On medium- high heat- Bring to a simmer
  • Let simmer 5 minutes- stirring occasionally to ensure all is getting warmed through and flavors married together.
  • Serve warm
  • *optional* Top with parmesean cheese

Notes

Low Carb Marinara Sauce- You can use your favorite here! It is really best to just look for one that has no added sugar in the ingredients. I know people really like Rao's. I really like this central market one. (Found at Central Market or HEB's, if you are lucky enough to live by one).
McCormick Basil and Oregano, Garlic and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning  - If you do not have this, just add some basil, oregano, and salt. I would say about 1/2 tsp Basil, 1/4 tsp oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Also- if you want to omit this ALL together, you can. If you think your marinara is flavorful enough, then it will still be tasty.
