Low Carb Mac & Cheese

Never buy store bought Mac & Cheese again.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Cup Pasta
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (HWC) or Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta as directed
  • Drain water
  • Add butter in pot with pasta
  • With stovetop on low, mix in HWC and cheddar cheese, salt and pepper
  • It may take a few minutes to get the cheese melted and the HWC will cook down and mixed in.
  • This will be ready when the pasta is creamy, cheesy goodness.

Notes

You can use this exact same recipe for regular pasta also. It is sooo good!
