Busy Mom Breakfast- Egg, Ham, and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • Large Egg
  • Slice of Ham- Make sure it is low in sugar/low in carbs.
  • Slice of cheese * you can omit this if you want to be dairy free

Instructions
 

  • Heat up your pan or mini dash griddle
  • Crack egg in griddle or pan- Break yolk and add salt and pepper
  • Cook until yolk is cooked
  • Heat up ham in microwave for 15-20 seconds
  • Assemble by adding egg on top of heated ham slice, add cheese
  • Carefully fold over to eat like a taco or eat with knife and fork.
