Large Egg
Slice
of Ham- Make sure it is low in sugar/low in carbs.
Slice
of cheese * you can omit this if you want to be dairy free
Instructions
Heat up your pan or mini dash griddle
Crack egg in griddle or pan- Break yolk and add salt and pepper
Cook until yolk is cooked
Heat up ham in microwave for 15-20 seconds
Assemble by adding egg on top of heated ham slice, add cheese
Carefully fold over to eat like a taco or eat with knife and fork.
