Busy Mom Breakfast- Egg, Ham, and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • Large Egg
  • Slice of Ham- Make sure it is low in sugar/low in carbs.
  • Slice of cheese * you can omit this if you want to be dairy free

Method
 

  1. Heat up your pan or mini dash griddle
  2. Crack egg in griddle or pan- Break yolk and add salt and pepper
  3. Cook until yolk is cooked
  4. Heat up ham in microwave for 15-20 seconds
  5. Assemble by adding egg on top of heated ham slice, add cheese
  6. Carefully fold over to eat like a taco or eat with knife and fork.
