Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Slice Ham
  • 1 Slice Cheese
  • 1 Tortilla
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Spray bowl with non-stick spray.
  • Crack egg into bowl and using the shell, breakup the yolk (this is optional, but the egg cooks faster when the yolk is broken)
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Cover with paper towel (big enough to cover entire bowl)
  • Microwave for about 40-50 seconds. Basically, enough to fully cook your egg or mostly cooked.
  • Put on slice of ham and slice of cheese
  • Cover with paper towel again, back in microwave for about 20-30 seconds. This is just warming up your ham and your cheese is getting melty.
  • Now top with tortilla and back in microwave for 10-15 seconds. Just to warm tortilla up.
  • Lastly flip bowl over the palm of your hand where the tortilla is now in your palm or on a plate and the egg is on top.
  • Carefully fold the whole egg, ham, cheese, and tortilla in half and enjoy!

Notes

Since all microwaves are different, my times are suggestions. I recommend just standing next to the microwave and checkin in on your tasty breakfast to make sure it is to your liking. 
*DON'T forget the paper towel to cover the egg! You do not want an egg explosion in your microwave, believe me... not fun to clean up.
