Best Keto White Bread - Using Mini Dash

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp Almond Four
  • 1 Tbsp Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup Egg White Or Whole Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Water

Equipment

  • MiniDash

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Plug in mini dash to heat
  3. Spray with non-stick spray
  4. Pour half of your batter into 1 waffle/griddle maker
  5. Let cook for 2-3 minutes – until waffle bread is firm
  6. Remove waffle
  7. Re-spray with non-stick spray
  8. Pour remaining batter
  9. Let cook for 2-3 minutes – until waffle bread is firm
  10. Remove waffle
  11. Both pieces are now sandwich ready!

Notes

NEED MORE? - You can easily increase ingredients to make more bread. 
Here is what I use to increase this recipe by 8 (16 pieces of bread):
  • 2 Cups Egg White (I like to use egg white carton) / Or 8 large whole eggs.
  • 1.5 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2.5 Tbsp Water
STORING? - You can store these in the fridge for up to a week? or you can store them in the freezer. Make sure you let them cool COMPLETELY. I like to store them in a ziplock with wax paper between each piece of bread.
