Best Homemade Burgers! Low Carb and Keto

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1.5 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Onion Flakes
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine all in medium bowl
  2. Thoroughly mix with spoon/mixer, or your good ole' God given hands! (my personal favorite)
  3. Split evenly into 4-5 sections
  4. Grab each section and forcefully toss hand to hand forming a ball
  5. Flatten into circular patties, about 1in thick
  6. push in the middle of the pattie to form a small well/dent in middle
  7. Cook to your hamburger to your preferred done-ness
  8. add to bun or eat as is!
