Mini Dash Keto Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Slice Bacon
  • 1 Slice Cheese Or Shredded cheese
  • 1 Low Carb Tortilla
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Plug in mini dash- will be ready when light turns off
  • Spray top and bottom mini dash plates with olive oil
  • Crack egg directly into dash – use shell tobreak yolk
  • Sprinkle Salt and Pepper on Egg
  • Put Bacon slice halves on the egg and CLOSE mini dash
  • While cooking- Go ahead and warm up your tortilla on stove or in microwave
  • Place cheese on warmed tortilla
  • Once light turns off, open and make sure your egg is cookedto your liking.
  • Carefully move egg on top of your cheese and tortilla
  • Fold over and let the egg melt the cheese
  • Serve immediately- Or Wrap up and take To-Go!

Notes

Instead of Bacon- You could use Ham or Sausage or leave the meat out altogether. 
If you do not have a tortilla- You could always heat up 2 slices of bread.
