Tomato Basil Soup is one of my favorite soups! This recipe is so creamy, full of flavor, and made with only 3 ingredients! You will want to keep this recipe for when it gets cold and you want something warm, quick, and delicious.
Inspiration
Let me start off by saying my inspiration came from Keto Dad, if you haven’t heard of him, he and his wife are so cute, and they share a lot of fun Keto/Low Carb recipes. Here is the link to their keto food blog. I thought it was ingenious and looked so simple. I just wanted to tweak it just a bit.
Ingredients – Only 3!
- Low Carb Marinara Sauce- Look for ones that have ZERO added sugar. I really like this Central Market Marinara Sauce, but I know alot of people prefer the Rao’s brand.
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- McCormick Basil and Oregano, Garlic and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning
- If you have reviewed any of my other receipes, you know I am a fan of the McCormick All Purpose Seasoning Blends. The Basil and Oregano is a new favorite! I use it to add a bit more Basil flavor to my low carb marinara sauce when making this dish or spaghetti dishes.
Low Carb Tomato Basil Soup w/ Low Carb Grilled Cheese!
I ended up making my Wonderbread in my mini waffle makers and then adding butter and cheese to create a grilled cheese to go with my amazing soup! Check out my Wonder Bread Recipe HERE
