Looking for a delicious fish dish for dinner? A creamy spinach sauce on top of seared cooked salmon is amazing! My whole family loves salmon. This recipe is so quick and easy, you can have dinner ready in 10 minutes!
Salmon
I have bought multiple types of salmon from the grocery. I have found that the farm-raised and center cut is by far the best tasting! Butcher Box also has some good salmon, which was frozen and easy to defrost. When shopping for salmon, or any fish, pick out your favorite in your budget.
Remember to pat the salmon dry. Then drizzle with oil and seasonings.
The Sauce
You can make this sauce and put it over chicken, fish, steak, pork. You can use this easy sauce and run with it how you want to experiment. Butter, Garlic, Heavy Whipping Cream, Parmesan cheese, and pepper, add fresh chopped spinach. That’s it! Creamy Delicious sauce.
Sides
You can pick your favorite Low-Carb sides for this dish. The below are my favorite because I usually always have the ingredients.
