As some of you know, I am embarking on the 75 Day Hard Challenge starting March 1st, 2023. For those unfamiliar with the challenge, it is basically a reset button for your life. It is designed to help you let go of any negative habits or mindset that might be holding you back, and replace them with positive ones.
The challenge entails two – 45 minutes workouts, strict diet (of your choice), no alcohol, one gallon of water, read 10 pages from non-fiction book, take a daily picture, and not cheat days for 75 days straight. Eating clean and healthy meals, working out regularly, and getting enough sleep are key components to completing the challenge successfully.

That’s why you should take the 75 day hard challenge – it’s a great way to set and reach your goals, no matter how big or small. You’ll be amazed at how much progress you can make in just 75 days with the right preparation. To prepare for this challenge, you’ll need to break your goals into smaller components and actionable steps, be willing to take risks, commit to consistency, and get creative about how you tackle roadblocks. 75 day hard challenge will allow you to become a better version of yourself by pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and having a clear plan that guides your journey towards achieving something meaningful!

You will have to drink 1 gallon of water every day, commit to two 45 minute exercises per day (one of them must be outside and both have to be at least two hours apart), stick to a diet of your choice with no cheating or alcohol, take a selfie picture every day, and read 10 pages of a non-fiction or self-help book each day. It takes discipline, focus and determination—but if you can follow through with the challenge, you’ll be amazed by the drastic changes in your life. So what are you waiting for? Take on this difficult task today, and turn yourself into someone who is healthier and more in touch with their goals!
How to prepare for the 75 Day Hard challenge
Taking on the 75 day hard challenge is no small feat, but you can be successful with a little preparation. Pick when you want to start and plan out meals for at least the next month in advance. Get yourself some non-fiction books that you can read along the way and a gallon jug or other way to measure out a gallon of water every day. Make sure to set up your workout plan so that you can stick to it – even if it’s raining or snowing outside. Finally, write down all your tasks and post them somewhere like your bathroom mirror so that they are in view when you wake up in the morning and before you drift off to bed at night – this will help keep you motivated! Tips for success during the 75 Day Hard challenge
If you want to be successful during the 75 day hard challenge, it’s essential that you be prepared for any hiccups you may encounter along the way. For example, be sure to start drinking your gallon of water early: aim to be done with it by early afternoon or else you’ll be spending your nights making multiple restroom trips! Furthermore, be sure to have backup meals ready for yourself and your family- this will be especially important if there is an event that could interfere with normal meal plans. Additionally, remember to plan for your workouts: no matter what challenges may arise throughout the 75 days, having a plan in place that can be altered if needed is key to staying on track. With proper planning and preparation, you’ll be well on your way to successfully completing this challenge.

Benefits of completing the 75 Day Hard challenge
This is a challenge and it isn’t easy, but as you get into the habits of completing the steps throughout this 75 day hard challenge you will soon find that some things do become easier for you. With every step you take, with every simple task achieved, you will feel something amazing inside and out. As the end of this challenge nears, you’ll have an overwhelming sense of pride and accomplishment that only comes from facing an incredibly difficult task head on. Celebrate your achievement – reward yourself with a glass of wine, a cheeseburger and fries, or anything else that may sound good. This monumental success deserves celebrating; be proud of yourself because by getting through this challenge day after day you have accomplished something incredible!
Why you should never give up
This 75 day hard challenge is not for the faint of heart. It requires dedication, commitment and, most importantly, a never-say-die attitude. This isn’t something to take lightly or attempt without proper planning and preparation; it’s going to test your limits! But don’t let that discourage you; don’t ever give up! The satisfaction of achieving success after following this challenge through to completion will be more than worth it. Even if you mess up or skip one of the steps, don’t despair – just pick yourself up and start again from the beginning. Just think how rewarding it will feel once you stand at the finish line with pride! This challenge may seem hard, but with enough passion and drive there is nothing stopping you from being successful. So focus on your goal, stay motivated and never give up!
