Anyone who knows me knows that I like to snack! Chips, crackers, pretzels, nuts, you name it! If there is a snack item, I am going to partake. The crunchier, the better!
Since doing Keto/Low Carb, I have had to say “NO” to those normal high-carb snacks. Thankfully, there are some prepackaged low-carb snack options available now. Most of them are full of protein, which is filling, which means you may not eat as much.
How Much is too much?
I know it sounds terrible counting ANYTHING in order to lose weight. However, when it comes to counting carbs, you really only need to dedicate 2-4 weeks of strict counting, after that, then you will be able to keep in your mind what your favorite low carb meals are and you can keep count in your head what you have eaten in a day. When I first started, I used an app called Carb Manager. It worked great for the first few weeks, and then it was easy to just track in my head, and it was also less stressful not having to type everything in the app. Here is a link to Carb Manager which you can create a free account and it will help you decide how many carbs you should have in a day in order to lose weight. I personally like to stay under 20 net carbs in order to lose some lbs; however, bump it up to around 40 net carbs when I just want to maintain. I also found that fasting through Breakfast and even lunch, really helps with counting, as you don’t have much to count. 🙃
These low carb snacks are items you probably already have in your pantry.
These are all great options, but I am only listing my favorites. There are plenty more out there. I hope this list gives you some ideas on what items you can add to your grocery list.

SHOPPING
Most of these items, you can get from your local grocery store. I know Sams Club offers the Cheese Crips and Pork Rinds. Make sure you check your grocery store that way you can pick them up with your normal shopping and may even get a better price.
I usually like to take time to go down all the aisles at my normal grocery stores (H-E-B, Aldi, Walmart, Sams Club are my normal visits). They usually have some great options, even if they are only temporary, Like the Keto nut granola found at Walmart/Sams Club or the Adli Elevation brand of breakfast bars (good clean ingredients).
If you want to quickly get any of these, you can order from the Amazon links below. Please note that I may get a small commission if you decide to purchase from these links.
